A ride worth doing is worth riding together! A ride worth doing is worth riding together! That's the idea driving our commitment to our Bike MS Teams. Riding, recruiting, fundraising and celebrating together towards a world free of MS! Make your mark today by forming a team and becoming a team captain or co-captain to support everyone affected by MS in our community.
We are here for you, mile by mile! All teams receive support and assistance from one of our Team Coaches. Once registered, your team coach will be in contact to help get you started and see you through all the way to the finish line! Questions before you register? Contact us today at teamMSnorthwest@nmss.org.
What is a Team? Teams consist of four or more riders who register together, set a fundraising goal and join forces to recruit, raise funds, and train for this premiere cycling series in the nation! Team members can be anybody—friends, family, co-workers, or neighbors who seek a personal fitness challenge and a world free of MS.
Whether you are a corporate team or a team of friends & family, Bike MS offers something for everyone. From varied route lengths to accommodate every skill level, stunning scenery and great weekend festivities—Bike MS provides the perfect opportunity to share an unforgettable experience with everyone you know, and those you will meet.
The Team Captain's Role You're up for the challenge and ready for the ride of your life! Now what? As Team Captain, you will lead the way in recruiting, managing and motivating your team. Many team captains appoint a co-captain to assist them along the way. Once your team is created, recruit friends, families and coworkers to join you! Next, begin your fundraising efforts—send emails, throw a fundraising event... get creative! The National MS Society Team Coaches are here to help you every step of the way. Contact us today to get started.

Team Awards A friendly competition among teams can build camaraderie and increase results. The difference teams make in the lives of people living with MS is nothing short of amazing, so use this opportunity to prove that your team itself is pretty amazing too! Do you have the most team spirit? Or maybe the biggest team? How about the best team jersey, or were you a rookie team that really took your recruitment and fundraising to the next level? Don't miss this opportunity to gain some bragging rights!
Tour de Teams Utilize the season long Tour de Teams competition to motivate your team members to recruit riders and fundraise!
